- “Joven” warrants to the original purchaser (“the Buyer”) that Joven will, within the warranty periods and in accordance with the subject to the following warranty card, terms and conditions, within the warranty periods specified in sticker or warranty card.
- To be eligible for the warranty, the Buyer must complete and submit online the Application for Registration of Warranty to Joven within 15 days from the date of purchase.
- “Joven” will change parts or provide repair services for water heaters in various forms without charge, eliminate any defects in the water heater resulting from faults in material or workmanship.
- The warranty terms will cover Joven spare parts and labour costs throughout the warranty period. Which can be delivered to the repair center at the Joven service center or the authorized dealer?
- Product replacement or repair can be done only if the serial number is in perfect condition only.
- Warranties will not include transportation costs in the onsite service.
- “Joven” warrants to the original purchaser (“the Buyer”) and shall under no circumstances be transferable or assignable to any third party.
- Customer has no right to claim damages under this warranty about personal danger or the product is damaged in case of an accident or obligation arising from an accident which occurs to the user or third party or property resulting from the use of this product.

- Repair and Replacement will be carried out as set out in the Joven Warranty set out above but the following exclusions may cause the water heater warranty to become void or result in the owner being responsible for a service charge and / or the cost of parts.

- Damage or accident with the product due to the transportation of the customer.
- The product is damaged due to usage such as crack, broken, chipped, bent, collapsed, deformed, cracked, penetrated, scratched, scratched or partially missing.
- The product is damaged by extraneous materials that cause damage to the device, such as chemicals, mice, ants or other insects, etc.
